First search for an answer on this web-site - it contains answers to many common questions (e.g. what file formats are supported by specific products).
If you still are not sure if the program can do what you want, then simply download it and try it out! We have free trial versions for all of our consumer products! If then you don't like it, it's simple to uninstall it (use 'Add or Remove programs' in the Windows control panel).
