FMJ-Software is a small business and we'd much prefer to spend our time on developing software rather than on answering endless amounts of email. If you want to contact us, feel free, but please do try to help yourself first using the resources listed below.

First search for an answer on this web-site - it contains answers to many common questions (e.g. what file formats are supported by specific products).
If you are still not sure if the program can do what you want, then simply download it and try it out! We have free trial versions for all of our consumer products! If you don't like it, it's simple to uninstall it (use the Windows control panel's standard 'Add or Remove programs' feature).
Carefully read the help file that comes with the program - especially the F.A.Q. section!

Please note: Do allow us a few days to answer but rest assured that we do our best to answer all support questions. However, email is getting more and more unreliable these days due to the spam problem. If you have not heard back from us after one week then either we did not get your email, or our reply to you was filtered as spam either by your ISP or by your email software - so in this case, please search through your "spam" or "junk" mail-folder before writing again!
