.VOX/.VOX-6K/.VOX-8K - Dialogic 4-bit ADPCM files
Notes:
- There are several types of 'Dialogic' files - ADPCM 8000 Hz, ADPCM 6000 Hz, PCM8, mu-Law, A-law. These can not be autodetected and can all use the same file extension so there is no way for the program to know which is which. When using the .VOX extension it will therefore use the value that is selected on the 'Format options' tab in the program options. You can also use the .VOX-6K and .VOX-8K file extension to explicitly tell the program which ADPCM sample rate it is you have. Use the .UB, .ULAW and .ALAW extension for PCM8, mu-Law and A-Law format data.
Features:
- ADPCM compression (4-bit), mono, 6000 or 8000 Hz.
